ANOTHER LOSS FOR BIDEN: Federal Judge In Texas BLOCKS Biden Administration’s Vax and Mask Mandates

The Texas Republican leadership on Friday had a huge victory against the Biden Administration’s tyrannical vaccine and mask mandate policy as a Federal Judge in the US District Court Of North District Of Texas ruled to block the Biden policy for funding for head start programs designed to provide education-related services to children from low-income families.

The Biden admin sneakingly burring the mask and vaccine mandate requirements in the Head Start Program which essentially required all the school staff and teachers to be fully vaccinated and both children and adults to be masked.

The Texas Republican leadership including Governor Greg Abbott argued that the act “does not authorise such mandates, that irreparable injury would result from them that [the Department of Health and Human Services] failed to comply with the Administrative Procedure Act in adopting the conditions, and that the mandates violate various Constitutional doctrines.”

The court siding with the Texas leadership found that Biden’s mandates were not fitting the Head Start Act’s authorization and were “arbitrary and capricious,”

This is a massive victory for everyone involved and yet another of several losses for the Biden Administration in recent days.
