Major Development: GOP Sen. Mitt Romney Gets Shredded By Marjorie Taylor Greene After He Comments On Her National Divorce Idea
The GOP Senator from Utah, Mitt Romney has replied to the congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s national divorce proposal and expressed his disagreement.
On Tuesday, while talking with The Salt Lake Tribune, he stated:
“I think Abraham Lincoln dealt with that kind of insanity. We’re not going to divide the country. It’s united we stand and divided we fall. There are some people in my party and the other party that say things to try and get a headline and get people to send them money. And that happens to be in today’s ‘loony left,’ or I should say ‘loony right.’”
However, Greene counter-replied to Romney during her interview with the Washington Examiner.
“Mitt Romney is so bad I couldn’t even vote for him for president against Barack Obama.”
This week, MTG reported an attack on her while having dinner at a restaurant.
She stated in a tweet:
“I was attacked in a restaurant tonight by an insane woman and screamed at by her adult son. They had no respect for the restaurant or the staff or the other people dining or people like me who simply have different political views. They are self righteous, insane, and completely out of control. I was sitting at my table, working with my staff, and never even noticed these people until they turned into demons. People used to respect others even if they had different views. But not anymore. Our country is gone.”
However, the GOP Rep. did not mention at which restaurant that incident happened, or what the women said to her.
The Georgian Rep. was in the news earlier this month discussing the Russia-Ukraine war.

I’m thru with romney. he’s useless. I do not need a mormon telling me what my morals are. mtg is an ok lady. she see’s what it’s not and tells it like it is. she’s like me, she is definitely not trying to get on anyone’s rsvp list other than God’s.
