White House has recently reported the discovery of the third set of confidential documents, which has been found from President Joe Biden’s Delaware residency.
On Saturday, an official from Biden’s legal team disclosed that several more confidential documents were extracted from Biden’s Wilmington residence.
Biden’s special counsel, Richard Sauber announced that six pages of confidential documents were extracted as they were going through President’s private library at his Wilmington residence.
Back on Wednesday last week, President’s legal team, who did not have security clearance, found a page of confidential documents in the library and halted the search of the room.
Sauber accompanied by Department of Justice officials, who had the security clearances found five more confidential documents on Thursday night.
“Because I have a security clearance, I went to Wilmington Thursday evening to facilitate providing the document the President’s personal counsel found on Wednesday to the Justice Department,” Sauber said in the statement.
“While I was transferring it to the DOJ officials who accompanied me, five additional pages with classification markings were discovered among the material with it, for a total of six pages,” Sauber revealed. “The DOJ officials with me immediately took possession of them.”

Last week, Sauber stated, “We have cooperated closely with the Justice Department throughout its review, and we will continue that cooperation with the Special Counsel.”
“We are confident that a thorough review will show that these documents were inadvertently misplaced, and the President and his lawyers acted promptly upon discovery of this mistake,” he added.
The last volumes of confidential documents were extracted from Biden’s previous offices at the Penn Biden Center and from his Wilmington house garage in November & December 2022.
The documents are claimed to be in Biden’s custody since his vice presidency in Obama era.
Last Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland assigned U.S. attorney Robert Hur as special counsel and an inquiry into the discovered documents is being carried out by him.
On Thursday last week, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed that the search for the confidential documents is done.
“And the search is clearly complete, and therefore we shared the information with all of you,” Jean-Pierre said during the press conference.
Jean-Pierre added, “Look, I can just refer you to what his team said: The search is complete. He is confident in this process. And I will leave it there.”
In the last couple of months, several classified documents have been discovered from Biden’s think tank office in Washington and from his Wilmington property.
Biden is getting exposed for his negligent handling of classified and confidential documents. The way the information is coming to the light, it seems like more leaks are expected.
Biden has been downplaying the discovery of these classified documents. However, when Trump was caught in the same situation, Biden was calling him irresponsible.
