Kyle Rittenhouse became a household name in the summer of 2020 after shooting three people during what the Democrats describe as “mostly peaceful protests” in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

On August 25, 2020, Rittenhouse went to Kenosha to help protect a business and “help people” in need during the attack on the city.

He carried a rifle with him for self-protection and a med kit in preparation for injuries that would likely occur.

Rittenhouse faced multiple homicide charges for shooting three men who attacked him. He was immediately considered guilty in the court of public opinion.

Those in the media called him all kinds of names including ‘white supremacist’ and to this day many people believe the men he shot were black. (They were not.)

Rittenhouse was ultimately acquitted on all charges though many on the left still label him a murderer.

Following the first release of the Twitter Files, Rittenhouse asked the new Twitter CEO if he would “consider releasing the censoring done” on information regarding his trial last year. The post received 18,000 likes.

“Learning about the twitter files and @elonmusk releasing the truth is making me more and more curious to find out if there was hidden censoring regarding my story and case on twitter. I am hoping, one day soon, I will be able to find out and the truth will be shown to all of us,” he wrote.

“I saw that “NOT GUILTY” is trending. When I clicked it was many people defending lies and telling the truth about my story… I am glad Elon Musk has taken over Twitter so lies can actually be combatted with truth without being banned and censored.”

Rittenhouse has been so maligned and slandered. Getting to the truth about who was banned for speaking facts about his story will be so satisfying for the now 19-year-old.

“I have seen thousands or more of people sending me evidence of being banned on Facebook, Instagram, and even old Twitter (before @elonmusk took over) for simply posting that they supported me.

“Whether Trump tweets or not is not the point. It is not right that they banned the President of the United States.

“The media didn’t just make up lies, they actually worked with old twitter to ban the truth from their lies and then lied about it. Crazy.”

Rittenhouse followed up with posts quoting Thomas Jefferson.

“‘The man who reads nothing at all is better educated than the man who reads nothing but newspapers.’

Thomas Jefferson.

“If only Jefferson saw the mainstream media in America’s future, I wonder what he would’ve said… I guess wisdom from wise men stays true through generations.”

We all wonder what our founding fathers would think about the state of the republic right now. The war on free speech is real.

Rittenhouse continued, “The 1st Amendment is trending right now. Old twitter would not even let us use our 1st Amendment rights let alone talk about the importance of it! #newtwitter.”

He ended his Twitter thread with, “Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.” Thomas Jefferson.

Rittenhouse began looking at ways to hold the media accountable for their lies. He started the “Media Accountability Project” to keep others from going through what he went through.
