The U.S Supreme Court will also be addressing the 2020 election and January 6th around Thanksgiving. A petition for a writ of certiorari was issued in late October 2022, and it is said that the court will respond on November 23, 2022.

The petition states that when allegations are made about an election being rigged, then the “Respondents” have a duty to investigate or face removal from office.

It stated:

“This action is against 388 federal officers in their official capacities which include President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Michael Richard Pence (“Respondents”). All the Respondents have taken the required Oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as such they are liable for consequences when they violate the Oath of Office.

Respondents were properly warned and were requested to make an investigation into a highly covert swift and powerful enemy, as stated below, seeking to destroy the Constitution and the United States. Respondents purposely thwarted all efforts to investigate this, whereupon this enemy was not checked or investigated, therefore the Respondents adhered to this enemy. Because of Respondents intentional refusal to investigate this enemy, Petitioner Raland J Brunson (“Brunson”) brought this action against Respondents because he was seriously personally damaged and violated by this action of Respondents, and consequently this action unilaterally violated the rights of every citizen of the U.S.A. and perhaps the rights of every person living, and all courts of law.”

The damage that Brunson is addressing is that the rigged election has invalidated his vote.

“An honest and fair election can only be supported by legal votes, this is sacred. It is the basis of our U.S. Republican Form of Government protected by the U.S. Constitution. The efforts made, as stated in the complaint, that avoided an investigation of how Biden won the election, is an act of treason and an act of levying war against the U. S. Constitution which violated Brunson’s unfettered right to vote in an honest and fair election and as such it wrongfully invalidated his vote.”

How the court will go about this case is uncertain. However, according to this petition, the way this administration handles the border should also be considered treason.

A few months ago, Kamala Harris was on Meet the Press, hosted by Chuck Todd. Harris was appointed as the Czar to oversee the border crisis.

Conservative Brief reported:

Speaking with “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd, Harris — who was assigned the task of dealing with a surge in illegal immigration and drug smuggling by President Joe Biden not long after they took office — was asked about the current status of the border. The VP gave a somewhat pained response but did say that it was “secure.”

“I think that there is no question that we have to do what the president and I asked Congress to do. The first request we made, pass a bill to create a pathway to citizenship. The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system, in particular over the last four years before we came in, and it needs to be fixed,” she said.

Harris’s usage of the word “secure” lit up a firestorm on Fox News, a media source pretending to be conservative. They interviewed countless Sheriffs and border patrol agents. Goliad County Sheriff Roy Boyd appeared on “Fox & Friends” and praised Abbott for bussing the illegals to the proud “sanctuary” cities such as D.C., New York City, and Chicago.

The Federal Government’s job is to protect its citizens, yet our borders are being left defenseless due to current failed policies. Where are the accusations of treason when it comes to our border?
