Every American who’s paying attention realizes that President Joe Biden is not the one who’s really in charge of running the country.

The president turns 80 next month and many believe he’s experiencing age-related dementia.

With all his gaffs and awkward moments when left on his own, it’s not surprising that his handlers don’t think he’s capable of taking questions from reporters during a solo press conference.

According to the New York Times, during a January press conference, the president failed to follow the then-press secretary Jen Psaki’s cue to wrap up.

First Lady Jill Biden was furious that no one intervened to stop the presser. She reportedly tore into White House officials over the misstep.

How did Republicans react to this report?

Representative Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, said that the first lady and senior White House staff are “running a cover-up operation to protect their own self-interest” and took aim at President Biden’s cognitive state.

“Bravo to the staffer who exposed Joe Biden by confirming that he isn’t the one calling the shots in the White House. Nine months ago, the first lady unloaded on the White House staff for allowing her husband to humiliate himself at a solo press conference,” Jackson said.

“We all know Joe Biden isn’t capable of making his own decisions and needs constant supervision.”

Jackson did not hold back, “This administration has practically turned the White House into an assisted living facility.”

He continued, “The fact that Jill Biden and the senior White House staff are running a cover-up operation to protect their own self-interest is dangerous for this country.”

Jackson has experience in this realm. He joined the White House Medical Unit in the mid-2000s and served as a physician to three U.S. presidents.

He knows the physical and mental preparedness it takes to perform the most demanding job in the world.

Jackson went on to say, “America and its allies cannot continue to have a cognitively impaired puppet as our commander in chief and the leader of the free world. Joe Biden is too far gone.”

Other members of the GOP shared similar sentiments and concerns, but what is our alternative? Nobody wants a President Harris, not even members of the Democrat party.

House GOP Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik said she didn’t think the ‘President of the United States should not need a babysitter when he talks to the media’
