Police Officer David Dorn was gunned down on June 2, 2020, in the middle of what Leftists called the “Summer of Love.” He wasn’t even on duty at the time. He was out because a friend called him for help with his pawn shop. Once Dorn approached the business, Stephan Cannon fired ten shots at him.

Billions of dollars in damage in cities all over the country were instigated by people on the left.

Stephan Cannon was found guilty and received the mandatory life sentence and another 30 years for other crimes.

New York Post reported:

Cannon denied shooting Dorn Wednesday, even as he apologized to the family for their loss.

His defense team planned to appeal.

Cannon was convicted of first-degree murder, robbery, burglary, and three counts of armed criminal action in July after prosecutors presented evidence that included surveillance footage, witness testimony, and a Facebook livestream that showed Dorn dying on the sidewalk, the newspaper reported.

The defense argued there was a lack of physical evidence and claimed a top witness for the prosecutors was not credible.

The same night Dorn was gunned down, four other officers were shot while other cops were hit with rocks and fireworks as dozens of businesses were looted.

Justice has been served in the case of David Dorn. However, it is a different story when it comes to social matters, such as men competing in women’s sports.

Analyzing America reported:

ADF Senior Counsel Christiana Kiefer said, “having records that don’t rightly reflect your achievements is a sufficient injury to have Article Three standing in federal court and to keep moving forward.”

Kiefer, representing the athletes, said, “The Biden administration has its head in the sand and is not paying attention to the real-world impact of gender identity policies and how devastating they are for female athletes.”

Lawsuits have been filed against the Connecticut Association of Schools. The lawsuit will represent four female athletes who are in High School.

Fox 61 reported:

The lawsuit centers on Miller and another transgender sprinter, Andraya Yearwood, of Cromwell High School, who have frequently outperformed their cisgender competitors. The two seniors have combined to win 15 girls state indoor or outdoor championships since 2017, according to the lawsuit.

Unfortunately, the media is trying to paint these lawsuits as a way to prevent transgenders from competing. To be fair, that is what the lawsuits are trying to do. Men don’t belong in women’s sports; unfortunately, we need to go this route.

The Post Millennial reported:

“They said that in writing,” Kiefer continued. “‘Girls have a right to participate but not to win.'”

“The Biden administration specifically takes the Bostock decision and misapplies it,” Kiefer told The Post Millennial. “The Supreme Court was really clear in Bostock that its decision was a limited holding. It arose in the context of federal employment discrimination law. And the Court specifically said that they were leaving other questions and other contexts, including bathrooms, athletics, and the like for another day.”

What happened to the party being all about science? Men and women are different. The sex you are born with doesn’t change just because you say so.

As Kiefer stated, real female athletes were denied championship titles because girly men couldn’t compete with real men.
