According to Federal Election Commission records, a technology business at the core of a court filing last week by Special Counsel John Durham regarding Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign was also on the payroll of now-President Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign.

FEC filings reveal that Biden’s campaign paid Neustar Information Services about $20,000 for accounting and compliance services, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

According to Durham, Neustar’s chief technology officer, Rodney Joffe, accessed confidential online traffic data stored on behalf of the White House executive office in order to obtain “derogatory” material about Donald Trump.

During a meeting in February 2017, Joffe reportedly supplied the information to Hillary Clinton campaign counsel Michael Sussmann, who then passed it to the CIA. Durham accused Sussmann with lying to the FBI about his probe of Trump in September.

According to the records, Biden’s team paid Neustar $18,819 on September 29, 2020. In May 2015, the Clinton campaign paid the business $3,000 for mobile phone services. Neustar received $3,000 from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2017. According to FEC records, Neustar executives and employees gave $17,906 to Biden’s campaign.

According to the publication, it is unclear whether Neustar management were aware of Joffe’s work for the Clinton campaign. The Biden campaign disclosure follows a Feb. 11 filing by Durham in which Joffe and Clinton’s campaign were implicated in a conspiracy to “infiltrate” servers in Trump Tower and eventually the White House under then-President Trump.

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe stated on Fox News on Wednesday that he believes Durham has exposed a “criminal plot.”

“In 2016, what did John Brennan say President Obama in the Oval Office?” During Monday’s interview, Fox News presenter Bill Hemmer posed the question to Ratcliffe.

“Well, I can talk about this because this part has been declassified,” he added.

“He briefed President Obama, Vice President Biden, and other members of the national security team on this specific intelligence that John Durham now has about a Hillary Clinton plan to falsely accuse and vilify Donald Trump with a scandal, and the discussion around that and whether or not it was good intelligence,” Ratcliffe added.
