A new letter released on Wednesday from the National Institute of Health (NIH) exposes Anthony Fauci’s multiple lies to Congress.

As we all know, Fauci has repeatedly denied federal health agencies funding “gain of function” research in China.

“The NIH has not ever and does not now, fund gain-of-function research,” according to Fauci’s testimony to Congress in May about an annual $600,000 grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology through EchoHealth Alliance.

Kentucky Republican Senator Rand Paul had confronted Fauci previously on this grant that was funded by US health agencies to the Chinese
virology lab where the infamous coronavirus started.

In a letter to the House Oversight and Reform Committee, NIH Principal Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak contended that EcoHealth did not comply with a mandated report as stipulated by the grant that would have triggered a review process for the infamous “gain-of-function” research that Fauci has denied on various occasions.

“The research plan was reviewed by the NIH in advance of funding, and NOH determined that it did not fit the definition of research involving enhanced pathogens of pandemic potential.EcoHealth failed to report this finding right away, as was required by the terms of the grant.” Tabak wrote in this letter.

In July, Fauci doubled down on his claims that the U.S. has funded this research that lead to the spread of the coronavirus across the world. He even got into a heated agreement with Senator Rand Paul at that time.

“Senator Paul, you do not know what you are talking about, quite frankly, and I would like to say that officially. You do not know what you are talking about,” He said during his July testimony.

The letter from the NIH follows two weeks after the agency director, Francis Collins, announced his resignation.

In June, the HHS inspector general launched a probe of the NIH grant funding of research to study bat coronaviruses at the WIV.

Senator Paul tweeted this NIH letter on Thursday and commented “I told you so” doesn’t even begin to cover it here”
