The White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki found herself in a very awkward situation during her press conference as reporters from both sides questioned her about Afghanistan, the border, and Democrat’s spending bill.

Even reporters from the liberal media are having a hard time ignoring the administration’s countless shortcomings and asked some rather uncomfortable questions which Psaki struggled to answer.

Al-Jazeera reporter Kimberly Halkett asked about Marine Lt. Col. Stewart Scheller who was recently imprisoned for criticizing the Biden Administration’s Afghanistan withdrawal and pointing out Joe Biden’s hypocrisy of praising then-National Security Council Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman for playing a key role in President Trump’s first impeachment trial.

On Tuesday, we saw one of the most awkward moments from the white house press podium. Just before ending the conference, Psaki was heard saying “I’m going to try not to say anything that gets me fired today” followed by an awkward laugh.

What do you make of Psaki’s awkward interactions during these press briefings? How would you compare it with former Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
