A group of Republican lawmakers led by Ohio Rep. Bob Gibbs want President Joe Biden out of office and filed articles of impeachment against him on Tuesday.
Gibbs claims the president violated his oath of office on three points, according to text obtained by Daily Mail: the southern border crisis, the evictions moratorium and Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Reps. Andy Biggs of Arizona, Brian Babin of Texas and Randy Weber of Texas are co-sponsors on the effort.
“Yesterday I filed three articles of impeachment against President Biden based on what I believe to be clear violations of his duties as president,” Gibbs told the Daily Mail on Wednesday. “His willful negligence of the border crisis is a failure to maintain and defend American sovereignty. Biden’s attempts to extend a federal eviction moratorium despite the Supreme Court’s warning and his own admission that he has no power to do so is a blatant and intentional action that violates the separation of powers.”
He continued, “Finally, the withdrawal from Afghanistan was not just a disaster. By pulling military personnel out before the evacuation of American civilians, President Biden shamefully left our own citizens in danger.”
Gibbs said the crisis in Afghanistan pushed him to file articles of impeachment. “I don’t take this step lightly. Before the Afghanistan debacle, I urged my colleagues to consider a measured, thoughtful conversation on the merits of impeachment,” he said. He added that the sweeping COVID vaccine order Biden introduced earlier this month could later be added as an additional article.
The Ohio Republican acknowledged that impeachment proceedings would be virtually impossible to get off the ground in the Democrat-controlled House and said it was ‘a shot across the bow’ intended to warn the administration.
If Democrats can Impeach President Trump twice and we the public know that now he is not the Right President to lead this country and he has done more harm than good to the people and the economy of this country.
The meaning about who “he is” is not at all clear.

Actually it won’t help to get Biden out of office (even though he should be taken out for many reasons) because of what is left to follow his Presidency. We would be stuck with KH as our countries leader and Pelosi as VP. I don’t think that is am improvement at all. We need to get all of the Democrates out of office. We also need to have term limits on both sides. Having the old timers in office and all the benefits they get during terms and then when/if they retire is totally stupid. They should be paid a normal salary while in office with normal benefits like any other employment and when their term is up, they get nothing more unless they are at the age to collect normal Social Security like the rest of the citizens of this country.

Satendra Sharma, the democrats didn’t impeach trump 2 times. they however tried to impeach him 2 times, and failed both times. if either of the impeachment tries had worked, trump wouldn’t be able to run for president again.. thats why Pelosi was pushing so hard for the second one, and wanted it fast tracked before trump got out of office.. but it didn’t work.. as far as getting the NUT JOB outta office. we would really be SOL.. KH and Pelosi would be running things, and they are worse then OLE Creapy joe the sack.
The Democrats on the House of Representatives did impeach President Trump 2 times, however, the Senate did not convict President Trump, therefore he was not removed from office
and thus it was not a impeachment………you need the senate to make it real………..so they can call it what they want the senate said no……
Since there seems no avenue to the removal of this disgraceful stigma to Democracy, maybe the only way is uprising of the American people to demand and force the issue. If every American would take this stand against Communist Biden, his administration and Democrat comrades, we certainly outnumber them and need to stand together against them.
