HUGE WIN: Judge Overrules NY’s Tyrannical “Mandate” Law!

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the state of New York from mandating vaccines for medical workers. This came in after a group of healthcare workers sued the state for requiring them to get vaccinated and show proof of vaccination in order to remain employed saying the state is violating their constitutional rights.

Federal Judge David Hurd in Utica issued this order on Tuesday upon request of about 17 healthcare professionals that included doctors and nurses.

The State of New York can respond until Sept. 22 in the federal court. If it opposes the plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary court order blocking, it will lead to an oral hearing which will take place on Sept. 28.

“Governor Hochul is doing everything in her power to protect New Yorkers and combat the Delta variant by increasing vaccine rates across the State. Requiring vaccination of health care workers is critical to this battle,” The press secretary of the incumbent New York governor responded to this.

The group of healthcare professionals cited violations of the U.S. Constitution, along with the New York State Human Rights Law and New York City Human Rights Law to defend against the tyrannical decision they had to face in order to remain employed.

Despite claims that many prominent democrats including President Biden made just a few months ago that “the fully vaccinated don’t have to follow any mandates” the unconstitutional power grab in many democrat-run states is on the rise.

Some media talking heads like CNN’s Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo have even gone as far as fantasizing about punching unmasked people on air on national TV without facing any accountability.

Recently, the federal government has announced vaccine to be mandated for all federal employees and even some private citizens which is leading to mass criticism of the Biden government.

Florida’s Republican Governor recently pointed out the hypocrisy of this rule that members of Congress and congressional staff is exempt from this law
