Biden to reportedly allow CONVICTED AFGHAN RAPIST deported by Trump BACK in to US

The Biden administration allowed a convicted rapist and formerly deported Afghan national to return to the US as part of the resettlement plan.

The Washington Times first reported the incident, suggesting the Afghan criminal, Ghader Heydari, came to America as a refugee in the mid-to-late 1900s and received a green card in the year 2000. The Times reports, “A man whose name and age match Heydari pleaded guilty to rape in Ada County, Idaho, in 2010. He served more than five years in a state prison and was released on supervision in December 2015, according to state records.”

However, in 2017, the Trump administration deported Heydari to Afghanistan after he served time for rape charges. Upon his entrance at Dulles Airport in Virginia, the Department of Homeland Security flagged Heydari among the thousands of refugees arriving from Afghanistan.

Heydari is currently being held in Caroline Detention Facility in Bowling Green, Virginia. Other refugees are reportedly being processed for permanent resettlement in the states, although the Department of Homeland Security has yet to release a plan for Heydari.
