In November 2019 NSC leaker Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman testified on day 3 of President Trump’s Impeachment Trial lead by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA).
Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) asked Vindman point-blank if he had discussed the July 25 Trump-Zelensky phone call with anyone outside of the White House.
Vindman testified under oath that he spoke to two people about this phone call — George Kent, a State Department employee and ‘someone in the intelligence community’ Vindman said for security reasons, he could not disclose the name of the second individual.
When ranking member Nunes drilled Vindman to disclose the name of this individual, Rep. Adam Schiff interjected and didn’t let Rep. Nunes drill the Lt. Col. further. Schiff claimed he wants to “protect the whistleblower” and Rep. Nunes can’t force Vindman to disclose the whistleblower’s identity.
Ranking member Nunes then pointed out that Lt. Col. Vindman had previously testified in a closed-door deposition that he DID NOT know who the whistleblower was and his public testimony then was directly contradicting his previous under oath deposition.
It was later discovered that Vindman not just lied about the whistleblower’s identity but also about the details of the call between then President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky. President Trump never engaged in a Quid Pro Quo with the Ukrainian official but then Presidential candidate Joe Biden did.
In his upcoming memoir, Vindman now claims that he was the whistleblower himself in this impeachment trial lead by Adam Schiff
This is the third time it’s proven that Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman lied under oath to congress and played along with Adam Schiff in his sham impeachment trial of President Trump.
